HI SEC International Releases Access Intrusion Management System
Herlev, Denmark, August 22, 2005 – Version 6.09 of
HI SEC International’s Access Intrusion Management System (AIMS) is now available. AIMS is a Windows based
software that manages HI SEC’s THOR Access Control System and THOR Intruder Alarm
System.
AIMS can operate on a single PC or in a network environment with up to 20 clients.
Users have full control over local and remote sites, and monitor alarms as well as manage the Access Control via a dynamic graphic presentation.
The paste function in the edit card dialogue allows users to decide which part of
the copied data they want to paste. Users can paste only personal data such as a
signature and picture, or only the Access Rights data. Users may also still paste
all data.
The user-friendly AIMS offers new benefits:
- Users can adjust dialogue boxes to their liking for an improved view.
- The copy and paste functions are located in the card dialogue box for faster programming.
- Supports HI SEC’s new access control firmware 3.08.007.
- Supports exit detector application.
Run reports specified by site, terminal, card, and event type to manage activity.
Over 1000 users can operate the AIMS, each with their administrative
level defined
to operate specific parts of the software. Each user of the AIMS must enter his/her
name and password before a login to the system can take place.
The AIMS runs on Windows 2000, XP Professional and 2003 Server.
