Repairs
Products should only be returned for repair using a Returns Materials
Authorisation (RMA), this is allocated by our Customer Services Department. To
request a RMA please use one of the following methods, stating the item(s) to be
repaired:
A Repair Returns Form will then be e-mailed to you with your RMA. This form must
be completed and returned with your shipment.

All
incoming carriage and handling charges are to be paid by you. Please ensure that
goods are accompanied by all relevant documentation and are adequately packed
with the RMA written clearly on the outside of the package(s).
A sales order
will then be set up and an order acknowledgement will be sent to you to
acknowledge that the item(s) has been received and to advise a dispatch date.
Order acknowledgements will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of the
item(s) into the Repair Centre. All repair orders must be covered by an official
purchase order from you before work can begin. Repairs will normally be
completed within 4 weeks of receipt of goods and all formal documentation – for
large orders a dispatch schedule will be agreed.
Once repaired, the item(s) will
be dispatched and invoiced. A dispatch note detailing the items to be shipped,
the RMA and customer purchase order number will accompany the shipment. Copies
of the fault report can be provided upon request. Repairs are free of charge if
the warranty (as per your agreement) is not out of date and the item has not
been damaged. Returned carriage charges will be charged to you when the warranty
is invalid.
Returns
To return unwanted goods please contact our Customer
Services Department to request a returns (RMA) number. RMA numbers are allocated
the same way and using the same form as RMA’s. Please complete the form and
return it with your shipment to the address above. All incoming carriage and
handling charges are to be paid by you. Please ensure that goods are accompanied
by all relevant documentation and are adequately packed with the RMA number
written clearly on the outside of the package(s). Following receipt and
inspection of the goods a credit will be raised minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
